We’ve been quiet for a bit, but fear not, the project is going forward steadily. At this point there hasn’t been much to post here yet, but we’ll try to kick up the pace a bit. The guys are working hard on the suspension design at the moment, and here’s one illustration of the front. We’re using Autodesk Inventor on student licenses as a CAD program for this project by the way.
Oh, and in addition to some assignments for some courses, there’s also one bachelor’s thesis done on this project already. It was done on brake development, which is going quite nicely. There’s still some challenge in calculation of the cooling of the brake discs though.
