Here are some pictures of the progress again. We’re going with paddle shifters on the steering wheel, which is mostly water cut from aluminium. New parts are appearing at a steady pace now. Our most recent ‘recruit’ is a neat little CNC mill which speeds up the production nicely. Thanks to the workshop staff for letting us put it into good use! Our guys also have some skills with the manual machinery, as Janne demonstrated with the fine front wheel axle

Here are some pictures from last friday. Work on the throttle begun. Won’t be long until we have all the hardware ready for the engine. There’s also a neat little TIG weld on aluminium, Mika has learned pretty quickly!
Last weekend we did a quick road trip to Helsinki and had a nice evening with the guys from Metropolia Motorsports. Got new ideas and motivation. They also gave us a set of pretty worn out tires to slap on our car while we wait for our own tires to arrive. All in all, nice trip!
